What Message Are You Sending the Universe
Why are human beings like this?
We willingly do all the shit that is bad for us – smoke, drink, eat fast food, sleep with strangers, ingest chemicals…
and forget about the stuff that is good for us… move your body, eat healthy, meditate or pray… It feels good, too. (do me a favour and just nod, yes)

Missing in Action
May 2/10 POWERShop
I’ve just finished a marathon month… that’s why I haven’t been updating the website or the blog. The marathon ended with Real Woman Magazine’s 4th POWERShop and Real Body Fashion Show event yesterday (a roaring success) annnd my youngest daughter’s first communion (a marvellous celebration).
In 3 weeks, I’ve driven over 2,600 kilometres, mets hundreds of people been to two new cities, slept two nights on the 32nd floor over-looking the river valley, drank my share of Starbuck’s and spent a total of 11 hours...

Giving Your All - Even When Your All Ain’t Much
It’s two weeks tomorrow since I’ve been to the gym. Busy workdays, boards and teams, classes, workshops, travel and shopping – in addition to my family duties – have gobbled up my time. My house is a disaster zone. I’ve let my workout time slip.
Afterall, my workouts are like housework. It is a committment. It requires discipline. It’s work.
