Strawberry Margarita
6 oz. tequila
2 oz. triple sec
4 oz. frozen limeade concentrate
8 oz. frozen strawberries
4 cups ice
Crush ice in a blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Don’t like tequila? Try substituting lime vodka.
Blackberry Lemonade
8 lemons
water
sugar, to taste
½ cup frozen blackberries
Juice the lemons into a pitcher. Add water and sugar to your liking. Chill. Serve with blackberries. Optional spirits: cassis vodka.
Banana Daquiri
2 oz. vanilla rum
2 oz. banana liquer
1 oz. white crème de cacao
1 large ripe banana
1 cup orange juice
12 ice cubes
Crush ice in a blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Chocolate Martini
1 oz. vanilla vodka
2 oz. chocolate liquer – Godiva or crème de cacao
3 oz. chocolate milk
Place ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes and shake. Pour into a glass rimmed with chocolate shavings or garnish with a chocolate kiss. Recommended as a dessert drink. Try substituting other spirits for the vodka: raspberry, orange, caramel, almond or irish cream.
Non-alcoholic Sangria
1 sliced lemon
1 sliced orange
¼ of a fresh pineapple
1 cup sliced strawberries
1½ litres dark or white grape juice
Ice
Club Soda
Place fruit in a pitcher and cover with juice. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours. Serve on ice with a spritzer of club soda.
Raspberry Pink Punch
1 large can frozen pink lemonade
1 large raspberry sherbet
2 – 2 litre bottles of 7-up
Thaw pink lemonade and put into punch bowl. Add 7-up, then spoonfuls of sherbet. Optional spirits: raspberry schnapps or raspberry vodka.
